The world often refers to Italy as a country divided between the cooler, prosperous North, and the hot, tumultuous South. However, in the wine world, Italy is divided into three sections: Northern, Central, and Southern.
On Saturday June 7th from 3:30-5:00pm, Melanie Talks Wine presents the first of our 3-part series on Italian Wines. We begin in the South, focusing on the regions of Campania, Puglia, and Sicily. Think elegant Etna Bianco/Rosso blends, gorgeous white wines such as Fiano and Falanghina, Taurasi Aglianico aka "the Barolo of the South", Negroamaro, Primitivo, and more! At least eight wines will be tasted, and complementing charcuterie will be served. All featured wines will be available to purchase at 50% off our regular menu prices.
